The cozy apartment has 1 bedroom; 1 washroom; 1 kitchen; 1 living room.
7 mins to the famous 4th avenue with supermarkets, shopping areas.
30 mins bus to downtown.
It’s a perfect neighborhood so we want to keep this place when we come back in December 2024.

$2600 including heat, electricity, water and internet.
Pet is not allowed in the building.

Unfortunately no pet allowed.
Can move in 3 days in advance such as September 27, 28, 29 etc easier to manage moving:)
