Hello. I am subleasing my apartment in Vancouver. All bills are included (electricity, gas and fast internet). The rent is $2500/month and there are no other fees or deposits. I am ideally looking for a long term tenant, but I've signed shorter leases in the past.

This neighborhood is very quiet, clean and right by the water and shipyards. There is a children's playground 2 blocks away, lots of shopping and live music venues! This area is called the Brewery District as there are many breweries and pubs in the area for people to enjoy. About 15 minute walk away is New Brighton Park right by the water with a gorgeous swimming pool, dog park, picnic area and much to love.

The apartment is 1bd with a bathroom, kitchen, living room and bed room. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom, the windows offer plenty of light into the apartment. The living room has a leather couch with leg extenders, coffee table and TV mounted on the wall.

The internet provided is very fast and there is alot of storage in the kitchen and a total of 3 closets of different sizes in the living room and bedroom and also at the entrance of the apartment. There is a coin laundry room in the building as well and an elevator leading to the upper floors. Plenty of street parking around here too and very safe neighborhood.

The patio is quite nice as well as this is a ground floor apartment. We are located 10 minute drive from Vancouver Playland and PNE and Horse Race tracks! Very close to the highway as well which is also around 10 minutes away.

Pets are allowed (just one or two cats). This would be suitable for a single professional or a small family.
