Easy and quick access into Richmond as well too. The Canada Line is an 8 minute bus ride away, YVR airport is a 4 minute drive away, downtown is 20 min away by car (or 30 minutes away by transit).

Cats (maximum 2) are okay, pet deposit required. Maximum two occupants. Damage deposit is $1125 (50% of rent).
Government ID reqiured for both occupants. Proof or record of employment required for at least one occupant.
