Fully furnished studio/large junior suite with everything included. Included in rent - Wi-Fi Internet and basic tv included- no set up or monthly charge fee (save $80 to $100 per month), heating, hot water, electricity (save estimated $35 to $45 per month) plus 1 dry secured underground parking (save $200-$300 per month). Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Washer, Dryer and dishwasher included.

Location is excellent. Written references can be found in our Airbnb ad from previous guests/tenants. This studio is only minutes to the Granville Island Ferry terminal and is walking distance to shops, restaurants in Yale town, downtown and English Bay. The English Bay and seawall is just behind the building and is great for jogging, walking or just meeting friends. The bus nearby the building takes you to Yale town Round House and Main Street skytrain stations. It is 5 minutes walking distance to Fresh St. Market grocery store, London drugs, parks, Sunset Beach and only 15-20 minutes to walk to BC Stadium, St. Paul's Hospital, Convention centres and other attractions. Bicycle rentals and lanes are just in front of the building.

This large 420 sq. ft. studio suite is available from September 17, 2024. We recently replaced the carpets, countertops and mattress and just completed painting the suite this year. To be comfortable it is best suited for 1 person living. Suite faces north-east so morning sun makes the unit nice and bright.

One parking is included at no extra charge if needed. Absolutely No smoking of any kind allowed in the suite or building. Sorry no pets allowed in the studio though there are pets in the building. There's a small gym in the building and in the common garden area, there is a bbq for occupants' use during the summer months only. This Studio has an enclosed balcony which makes the suite bigger and this is perfect to be used as a separate eating room or a private office.

Included in the studio apartment:

Comfortable Queen size bed with a newer mattress, Clothes washer and dryer, a small dishwasher, a small fridge, an electric stove/oven and a toaster oven. Also included is a set of bed linen, a set of bath towels, an iron and ironing board, a love seat sofa, 2 chairs, a hair dryer, a set of 4 cutlery, dishes, cups, cooking knives, utensils so nothing to buy but move in with only your suitcase. There’s a Smart TV (which we can be removed if not required). All you pay is the monthly rent.

We will require a full month's rent and a half month security deposit upon signing of an agreement. In addition a final departure cleaning fee of $250, a $20 move in fee and a $100 fully refundable key deposit upon return of the keys provided to be paid at the time of move in.
