The full kitchen has all cookware, dining table with all utensils. The living room is huge with a 65 inch TV. There is one parking and a large paved back yard. Utilities are included along with ultra high speed internet. The house is close to a small park and business area of 192 street and 72 avenue.
Long term or short term are all okay. Nice and respectful people are preferred.
