Vernazza is a European style condo in the heart of Fleetwood.

This condo is spacious and well laid out 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units offers an open concept living space, 9ft ceilings with a large granite island in the kitchen perfect for entertaining. Stainless steel appliances, and electric fireplace.

The master bed has access to a private 3piece bathroom while the opposite side of the unit contains the 2nd bedroom and a 4 piece bath.

The patio is something special. Approximatly 390 square feet in it's own right, perfect for entertaining company or creating a space for reading, gardening and relaxation. This cobble stone patio space is 5x what other units in the same building have available. I currently have a gazebo bbq cover and patio lights that we can can leave set up for you.

Along with the condo you will also have access to a large secure storage unit in the basement and underground parking for 1 vehicle. A second spot for $30 a month is also available from another owner here who rents out her spot. Plenty of street parking and secure visitor parking is also available and a visitor pass will be provided.

Security and convenience features include a fob entry system and remote garage entry. The complex has a camera security system, EV charging for 4 vehicles and bike storage rooms where you can store your bikes.

There is a clubhouse available upon request (without additional charge). It contains a billiards table, partial kitchen, fireplace and patio which is great for birthday parties and other gatherings.

Pets are welcome in this rental and there is a nice private shared garden and seating area in the back that my dog loves. Max 2 pets.
