I am looking for a long term tenant who is responsible, honest and trustworthy to sign a long term lease. All utilities (electricity/heat/internet/cable) are included in the rent.
We are located in a beautiful family-oriented neighborhood with lots of bus/transportation, restaurants, grocery store (Fresh Street Market), drug store/post office, dentist/doctor all within walking distance. You can't beat this location!
Background checks/references will be required along with proof of work/record of employment.
