If you don’t know it, it’s about 4 KM from the second narrows off Dollarton on the way to Deep Cove. Parkgate Rec centre and library are close by. Seymour ski hill bus pick up is there too. Close to two golf courses. Dollarton shopping plaza is also near by as is Cates Park and Deep Cove. 20 minutes to downtown without traffic, but it’s north van and there’s a bridge so…

Rent includes gas which heats the fireplace and theoretically can heat the whole place. Gas stove too! It also covers your hot water.

Other utilities such as hydro, internet etc will be the tenants responsibility.
