Owner looking for roommate | 222 - 8591 Westminster Highway, Richmond

2 bedroom unit with shared bathroom, living room and kitchen, in-suite laundry. As the owner/occupant, I am looking for a roommate to rent the master bedroom to, and I travel the majority of time for work so the successful tenant would have the entire unit near 40 percent of the month to themselves, I will be taking the smaller bedroom. Currently there is only one parking stall, but as I work in multiple provinces, if you are interested in parking, this can negotiated for an additional cost of 80.00 a month for the stall. You'll be responsible for sharing the cost of utilities, internet isn't included if you're interested you can arrange for your own internet.
