Two bedrooms, two bathrooms upper side of house close to Coquitlam Center.
Walking distance to Coquitlam shopping Center ( 20 minutes), Lafarge lake ( 5 minutes) , Primary and secondary schools , Douglas College and sky train station ( 10 minutes walk)
The unit is clean, bright and very spacious with plenty of countertop space. To add to the description the unit is in pristine condition, completely renovated. I can not emphasize enough the fact that peace and quiet is offered and also expected.
It would be perfect for a small family or two friends who get along well with each other. There are two bathrooms , one from the hallway and the other is an ensuite adjacent to the master bedroom.
Washer and dryer are shared. Utilities are also shared and divided per person. Utilities means hydro, gas , internet and cable TV. If you don't need cable or internet no problem. Very important information, the entrance is shared as well.
No pets as the house is pet free for years and also the other person living in the house has severe allergies. No drugs goes without saying. There is no backyard access or garage/storage. There is place for bicycle outside but if you have tools to store, motorcycle or other things there is no storage for that.
Feel free to ask as many questions as you can think off.
Also it would be good if you can tell a little bit about the party interested in your reply. How many people in family, phone number and any other details you might think it would be important. If you text or call and it shows like you haven't read the whole posting it won't work. Asking me if your dog can go in the backyard to poop tells me you didn't read the posting completely.

Smoking cigarettes is ok as long as it is outside. There is a nice and big balcony for that. Smoking pot is also ok but on the balcony as well or outside the house. No inside smoking cigarettes or pot.

The fine print. This unit is available any time but not for a long time. I will be for rent until the end of June with the possibility for a little longer. Meaning that if you are looking for your forever home this is not it.
This would be very suitable for people coming from out of town on work assignment or something similar to that.
