Street parking available. Within 2 blocks of transit. References are required. $1625 util included. Suite is best suited for single individual, max 2 people (If a couple cost is $1700)

Open to short term with payment upfront or 1 year lease with 1/2 months rent deposit. Tenant rental insurance is required and non negotiable .

Employment references and pay stub/credit verification required OR if student , proof of financial support.
