Do not rent this apartment

The landlord Satinder Hoonjan is quite possibly the worst landlord in this city. He will not fix anything and still have the audacity to ask for a increase in rent. I asked him for 3 years constantly to come and fix up damages done by the previous tenants and he never did. There is a huge mould problem that he literally ignored which in turn made me very very sick and lethargic. If you do choose to move in and the counter is the same black tile as the washroom he only painted over the mould just like he did in the bathroom.
There is a cr@ckhead in the basement that will look into your window and spy on you and report you to the landlord. Same with these toothless natives upstairs. There are drunks that are moving in and Infact was the reason why I moved out. He sat down in an unfinished basement with several people screaming names up at me and screaming about kicking me out mere days after my uncle died. You will have to put up with so much shit so buyer beware.
