Hello, I am subletting my 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom suite while I am away out of the country. Can leave furniture behind or take out everything up to you.

Close to Lonsdale Quay. 5 min walk away.
Bus stop is out side the building. Coin laundry in building. Small patio.

Looking for 2yr term. $2400/month.
Utilities is about $100 every two months in summer and $200 every two months in winter time.

Rent payment would need to be made on 15th of every month. Starting November 15!
