Chestnut Grove is offering a spacious one-bedroom suite in our clean, quiet and well-maintained building. This South-facing suite receives an abundance of natural light from a skylight in the kitchen area, and features plenty of closet space and a covered patio.

This top-floor suite feels extra spacious thanks to 15-foot vaulted ceilings in the bedroom and living spaces. It has a generous-sized bedroom that easily fits a king-sized bed, laminate flooring throughout and will receive a new paint job and a professional cleaning/sanitizing.

The suite (2 people maximum, children included, no exceptions) is $2292 a month and is available November 1 or earlier. The price includes heating and hot water, window coverings, all waste collection and recycling services. BC Hydro and WiFi extra.

No smoking and no pets are allowed in the building. Proof of renter's insurance is mandatory upon move-in.

Gated underground parking is available for $95 a month per space. Street parking can be arranged through city hall with proof of address. A bright, clean shared laundry room features six new machines available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily at a cost of $3 to wash and $2 to dry. We also have a locked bike storage area in the parkade and an on-site resident manager.

Our building is located one block from Lonsdale Avenue. We are within easy walking distance to transit stops, gyms, banks, Whole Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart, Chipotle, parks, the green necklace walking trails and many fast food/restaurant options. We have a Walkability Score of 87.
