It has spacious balcony, you can see the ocean and downtown view from the master bedroom, living room and the balcony.
It's a nice, quite neighborhood, and quite apartment.
Building has party room, roof top terrace for community use and a small gym. Roof top has BBQ and firepit. Party room has a kitchen. It can be rented for big events or if it's available it can be used for small gatherings without renting.
It has secured/gated underground parking but parking is not included in rent. If needed underground parking can be rented for +$175 or street parking is for free, no time restricted. It's usually very easy to find parking either it's on the same street or a street above. Safe neighborhood.
It's ready to move in either on last week of November or last week December. Flexible.
