No smoking and no pets are allowed in the building. Proof of renter's insurance is mandatory upon move-in.

Gated underground parking is available for $95 a month per space. Street parking can be arranged through city hall with proof of address. A bright, clean shared laundry room features 8 new machines available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily at a cost of $3 to wash and $2 to dry. We also have a locked bike storage area in the parkade and an on-site resident manager.
