We are looking for someone to take over our lease from 1st October 2024 to 30th April 2025 with the possibility to extend. The building is brand new and very modern having been completed in April 2024. You will need a letter confirming your employment in order to pass the landlord’s credit check.

The apartment is a cosy East facing suite with a balcony. Bills roughly $100 pm. Street parking is free and we’ve never had an issue finding a space. The apartment is unfurnished, however we can offer it fully furnished for a low cost having furnished it ourselves.

It’s an ideal location only 10 minutes walk to the Sea Bus (less than 15 minutes to downtown on the Sea Bus), bars, restaurants and grocery stores. 15 minute drive/bus to Grouse Mountain for Winter skiing! Under 30 minute drive to Stanley Park.
