Hi! We are renting out our 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in the Marine+Fell apartment building in North Vancouver.

Our current tenant of four years is moving out Sept. 14 and the unit will be available after that.

The unit is unfurnished, except for the storage locker on the patio.
