Quiet newly renovated one-bedroom, 3 steps down. Direct access to a secure rear garden. The back yard is not a hang out space. Electronic alarm system. Short walk to 6th Street shopping and medical services. Close to parks and bus services and about 10/15 min walk to the sky train.
Minimum one year lease. Rent inclusive of water, heat, and electricity. Half month rent as a security deposit. Internet can be provided for $60 per month.
No pets, smokers, or vapers.
A full "Application to Rent" for the Landlord's Reference and Information required. Includes approval of the Landlord to verify application information (e.g. employment status, current employer, monthly salary, annual income, former landlord, and credit checks).
