Suite has a bedroom, a living area, a kitchen, a bathroom and a storage closet. It also has its own washer/dryer and dishwasher. The floors are newly done. Heating and air conditioning is included. The suite has its own entrance from outside.

The place is pretty perfect in terms of location. The end of the street adjoins to a park and an elementary school. It is located off Laity which crosses both Dewdney Trunk and Lougheed Highway, before ending at the local hospital. Downtown Maple Ridge can be reached by a 8 minute car ride or 19 minute transit. The closest bus lines are the 743 and 744. Local shops and groceries are a 20 to 25 minute walk away. If there is a need to get to downtown Vancouver, the WestCoast Express provides a quick option.

The basement suite is close to amenities but far enough outside town to enjoy the sights of the mountains, the fields, red barns, cows, and the pumpkin patch when autumn comes around. The neighbourhood is very friendly. Residents can go for walks around the quiet suburban neighbourhoods or for a stroll along the dykes where they may spot a llama at one of the hobby farms.

Monthly rent includes utilities. A damage deposit of 1/2 a month's rent and two references are required. You will be required to get tenant’s insurance - it’s to protect yourself and us. Move-in ready!
