Bright one-bedroom, fully-furnished, open-plan, garden-level, basement suite located in Upper Lonsdale area. The house is a renovated 1925 historic beauty that was built as the Head Master’s house for what used to be a nearby private school decades ago. The large nature lovers garden – messy in the front, gorgeous in the back – with lots of birds, bees and the occasional wildlife guest. We are looking for a solo, quiet, respectful tenant to stay for a fixed lease of 3 to 12 months. (Possible extension after that depending on our circumstances)
