Looking for roommate in a three bedroom basement in Coquitlam. 800 per month + utilities

Quiet neighbourhood close to transit, and right on the edge of hiking trails in Mundy Park.

Plaza with groceries and amenities just an 8 minute walk away.

Lovely back yard, large kitchen, fairly new appliances, outdoor storage and garden ready for planting in the spring.

Utilities are 40% of the whole house utilities divided amongst the three of us.

Cleaning duties split three ways and an open and communicative household.

Small pets that can be contained within the room are allowed with 600 dollar pet deposit, there is already a dog living here, and she does not like other dogs and one of the tenants is allergic to cats, unfortunately. Lizards, snakes, small in bedroom rodents all welcome with paying half pet deposit (600 due to the rent total being 2400)

Must love dogs, as the dog is very friendly and cuddly.

Looking ideally for a professional or student.

Proof of income required, and references from previous landlord or roommates is preferred.

We are two people in our 30s, one working from home and another working early to late regularly. The whole house keeps quiet hours from 10:30pm- 8am we don't party and there is no smoking or vaping allowed indoors.

We would prefer someone friendly who doesn't mind chatting and getting along as friends within the roommate situation, and someone who is respectful to all tenants.
