C$800 a night, 2-bedroom apartment (sleeps 4) for December 6, 7, 8, 9

We are renting our renovated, furnished self-contained 2-bedroom basement suite with separate entrance in Coquitlam near the bus route (157) to Lougheed Station and Burquitlam Station. Closest Skytrain is Braid Station.

Available between Thursday Dec 5th to Monday Dec 9th; 2-night minimum. Max 4 people. No Smoking, No Pets. No Parties. $800 CAD/night. Discount of $750 CAD/night will be provided for 3 or 4-night stay. We don’t normally rent out the apartment, so discretion is requested.

• 2 bedrooms, one with Queen bed and the other with bunk beds.
• Well equipped kitchen has fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and plenty of dishes and implements.
• Living & dining room with TV and cable, Netflix and Prime
• In-suite laundry with washer, dryer and vacuum
• One bathroom
• Security cameras around the exterior of the house for added security
• No smoking, no drugs, no pets, no parties. Owners live upstairs.
• Street parking. Close to Lougheed Highway and Highway 1.
