Rent: $890 (includes WiFi, hydro, and utilities)

Room: Fully furnished with a twin bed, work station (desk and chair), closet, and a large south-facing window that brings in plenty of natural light.

House: The room is located upstairs in a shared house. You’ll have access to:

2 living rooms
2 washrooms
On-site laundry
Parking is available

And we have 3 cute bunnies in the house! 🐰

Nearby grocery stores include Safeway, Save-On, Walmart, and Shoppers.

Terms:

A deposit (half of the rent) is required by October 15th.
The remainder of the rent is due on November 1st, payable via Interac e-transfer.
Ideal tenant: Looking for a working professional. Happy to give you a tour of the house when you come by for a visit.
