There is no living room. Just a kitchen and the 2 bedrooms, full bathroom and outside space.
The suite rental includes:
Wifi, IPTV with lots of channels, 55' TV, tiled flooring/washer/dryer/fridge/stove/microwave/toaster/coffee maker/fan/radiant floor heating.
No pets and no smoking on premises.
Maximum 2 people or family of 3. Furniture stays. Street parking for 1 car available.
