Utilities, heat, water, wifi are all included. Single bed, table, chair in the room.

The washroom and kitchen are shared with 2 other roommates. Access to the laundry 1 load per week (will be scheduled). Laundromat across the street. Street parking. Close to community center, stores (7-11, Buy Low etc) and bus stops.

-5 mins bus ride to Edmonds Stn
-less than 20mins commute to Metrotown Stn
-20 mins bus ride to BCIT
-25 mins bus ride to Brentwood Stn

The room is located on ground floor, back of the house. no smoking/drugs, and no guests over.

Preferrably long term stay (6mo or longer lease). Ideal for college students. No guests over. ONLY SERIOUS INQUIRIES.
