I'm going overseas on vacation, and my apartment will be available for rent from September 27th to November 1st.

The apartment is located an 8-minute walk from Edmonds station, and a 15-minute walk from Highgate Mall where you can find drugstores, supermarkets, gyms, and restaurants, Also, a 20-minute walk from the Edmonds Community Centre.

The unit is 100% furnished and well-decorated. It is a ONE-bedroom unit, with a den, plus a dishwasher and in-suite laundry. The accommodation fits a single person or a couple. Priority will be given to the ones who are willing to stay longer. Sorry, no pets, and no indoor parking. Street parking is available.

Rental is $2000 for the entire month (and this includes heat, hydro and internet). If you wish to stay for more than 31 days, I may charge fractional costs for each extra day.
