We currently have a 3 bedroom apartment available in a non smoking building available for February 1st or February 15th, 2025 in Oliver, BC.
This unit is for moderate income families. The monthly rent for this unit is $ 2,000 plus utilities. To be eligible, applicants must have at least two dependents under 19 years of age, 2 landlord references, and proof of income.
This unit includes two bathrooms, in suite laundry and microwave. One small pet (under 30lbs) is welcome. There is parking on site.
