Looking for a responsible and experienced horse person or couple interested in renting our modern and comfortable 2 bedroom barn suite in partial exchange for farm sitting our horses and dogs on quiet 10 acre farm in the Bradner area. Includes in suite laundry, full kitchen including fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave & dishwasher. Heated tiles in kitchen and bathroom. Base rent: $1750/mo. plus hydro. Credit will be applied against rent at a pre-determined daily rate based on amount of farm sitting provided. Thorough horse knowledge is a must. References required.
