3 bedroom 2 bedroom on acreage/ view lot

Thanks for your interest in this. I have a 3 bedroom available for now or Oct 1st.. for long term rental.

The rent will be $2450 for 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms plus a large sitting area with a divider for privacy last tenant used as a bedroom), 2 bathroom available for September 1st. plus utilities (hydro shared on a percentage based on how many people and the square footage of suite with the other side tenants who have a smaller suite).

The house is on an acreage and many upgrades have been made. There are 2 fireplaces, and a heat pump installed. The house is partly furnished with dining room table, hutch, a piano, a dresser, and a small couch, and some other items can be added or taken away, but some of the large items like the piano and hutch are part of the rental.

The rent will be $2450 plus utilities (cable/internet and hydro are separate). There is a suite on the other side of the house that is separated by a fire door, and you will share hydro with this nice family.

Small dogs and a cat is okay.
