Maple Bay ground floor basement suite

Ground level suite for rent in Maple Bay. One bedroom plus office.

My tenants r leaving Jan 31, and I have hired contractors for the beginning of February to paint the entire suite and tile the kitchen backsplash to keep the suite gorgeous & modern.
This suite will be available February 15, but I am not in a rush if I can’t find the right tenant, I can happily wait until March 1. So just realize a lot of my pictures are not 100% accurate because the contractors haven’t done their work yet.

This is a one bedroom ground level suite with an office and living room. There is a laundry room as well with a washer and dryer. Tenants have use of my garage and my large freezer in the garage.
This house was built in 2012 so still fairly new. All the yellow walls you see will be a more modern light tan color. In the kitchen, there will be a beautiful stone backsplash.

We would like just one Tenant, as this suite is only 850 ft.² with a small kitchen without a large oven but it does have a convection/microwave oven. (the microwave turns into a convection oven with a touch of a button ). No dishwasher. Also only has two burners rather than four on the cooktop . The bedroom doesn’t have a normal large closet, but a stand alone wardrobe.
This is a fairly quiet house so that’s another reason, we just want one tenant who is on the quiet side because there is a massage clinic upstairs.
There is a large private backyard and nice patio for your use only, perfect for your BBQ’s and relaxing outside.
There are trails right from your yard that hook up to the hundreds of kilometres of trails of Mount Tzouhalem. We are the last house on the left of the lane that leads to the Kaspa Rd parking lot.
I would like to leave all viewings of the suite until after my tenants leave to give them privacy.

About us. We are an older couple with a 13-year-old lab and an outdoor/indoor ornery cat. Dean works full-time as a pharmacist and Michele (moi) do registered massage therapy out of one of the rooms upstairs.
