This immaculately maintained and modern, family friendly, two floor 2 1/2 br 2 ba home (2 brs + bunk room) comes fully furnished and luxuriously equipped for your stay. Main bedroom has a Queen bed, desk and ensuite bath; Bunk room located off main. The downstairs boasts another Queen bedroom and bathroom, kitchen with dining area, living room, washer and dryer, and lighted covered patio. The house and patio are newly furnished with modern furnishings. The kitchen comes very well equipped with high end pots and pans, knives, nespresso coffee maker, etc. The exterior landscaped garden with fire pit is fully fenced and driveway fits 2 cars. Will consider pets on individual basis.

Included with the rental comes your own boat slip, access to a modern clubhouse with pool table, dining table, couch and big screen TV, covered outdoor BBQ, Bocci and horseshoe pitches, an outdoor fire pit and a gym with cardio equipment and change room. There is also a sport court (pickleball and basketball sized), 2 pools and 2 hot tubs *(note that pools are closed for the winter season and hot tubs open according to Strata timing decisions). Property also boasts a common "lake house" with BBQ and ping pong table, a dock, and a beach.

It's resort living at its finest! And for those that love the outdoors, you are 40 mins from world-class mountain biking at Mt. Tzouhalem, 45 mins from surfing at Port Renfrew, river fun and hiking at Cowichan River Provincial Park just down the road, and excellent hiking adjacent to house on Bald Mountain's well maintained system of trails.

Again, this is a short term rental. Maximum of 8 months October 1 2024 to May 31 2025. Shorter terms will be considered.
