We have finished renovating and are looking for the perfect tenants! We are 5 minutes from Ladysmith and 2 minutes from Cassidy airport.
The house is level entry, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. There is a wonderful deck overlooking the farmland surrounding the house. The property is private with an old orchard and lots of wildlife- including the herd of elk passing through occasionally. There is clean water and a new heat pump and built in vacuum. The house can be partially furnished if you like, or bring your own furnishings.
The current acre is not fenced yet, and there is an old chicken coop. There is more acreage available if you want a horse or livestock. That would be negotiated separately. This is beautiful land for growing things. It is peaceful with lots of hiking areas around it.
We will require excellent references. We are hoping to find long term tenants that will love this property as much as we do.
