Cumberland 2 Storey 2 Bedroom Suite

I am looking for new tenants to rent my 2 storey, 2 bedroom unfurnished suite. The suite is south facing and has lots of natural light from sunrise until sunset through the many windows and two skylights upstairs.  It is fully self contained with electric heat and a separate entrance (see black door in photo) joined to the footprint of the main house and private dance studio through a shared laundry room with brand new largewasher/dryer and additional access to a laundry line.  Please note that music from the dance space can be heard from the suite.

This suite is located right in Cumberland in a quiet, forested area that is a 15 minute walk from Dunsmuir Ave, and a 30 second bike ride to the trails.  We are treated to a variety of bird sounds throughout the days (and owls at night during certain times of year), as marshlands surround us. This suite is animal/pet friendly on a case by case basis and includes some storage and yard space for your use.

$2200/month plus utilities with parking, garbage, recycling, and weekly access to laundry included in rent. Proof of tenants personal liability insurance, references (employment and previous landlords), and verified income will be required. The suite is ready to be moved in, and I have some flexibility on move in date for the right tenants.
