I am looking for a value aligned person or two to rent my 2 storey, 2 bedroom unfurnished suite. This is not a basement suite. The suite is fully self contained with electric heat and a separate entrance (see black door in photo) joined to the footprint of the main house through a shared laundry room with brand new washer/dryer and additional access to a laundry line.

We are located right in Cumberland in a quiet, forested area that is a 15 minute walk from Dunsmuir Ave, and a 30 second bike ride to the trails.  This suite is animal/pet friendly and includes storage and yard space for your use.

$2200/month plus utilities, with parking, garbage and recycling included in rent. Proof of tenants personal liability insurance, references (employment and previous landlords), and verified income will be required. I am flexible on move in date.
