I am looking for a value aligned person or two to rent out our 2 storey, 2 bedroom suite. The suite is fully self contained with a separate entrance (see black door in photo) joined to the footprint of the main house through a shared laundry room. We are located right in Cumberland, in a quiet area that is a 15 minute walk from Dunsmuir Ave.

$2200/month plus utilities, with garbage and recycling included in rent. Proof of tenants personal liability insurance, references (employment and previous landlords), credit check and verified income will be required.
