Small but comfortable with sheets, towels and laundry available for a small fee. Close to downtown Courtenay, Puntledge Park. Quiet neighbourhood so quiet tenant necessary. No parties. No smoking. Pets problematic as I have 2 small dogs. References required. Cleaning fee and usual damage deposit.
