This suite is nestled away in our little forest nook; a sanctuary where you can enjoy being close to nature and some peace & quiet.

You’re minutes away from HWY 19A as well as beautiful Saratoga and Miracle Beach. Mount Washington Ski Resort and the majestic Strathcona Park are only a short drive away.

Also in the area are tons of nature walking trails, Saratoga Speedway, Mini Golf & Ice Cream, the Oyster River, and Shelter Point Distillery.

We are right in the middle of Courtenay and Campbell River.

The suite is located on our secluded 1 acre property, adjacent to our main house with a connected laundry room (shared).

It was built in 2018 and is a very open, bright, modern, and cozy place to call home! It’s about 500 square feet and has its own private entrance.

About the Main Living and Bedroom Area:

As you open your front door with a keyless smart lock, you’ll see a stylish writer’s desk looking out the front window; a perfect place to read, journal, or work on a project.

There’s a comfortable sofa couch to kick your feet up on and relax. It pulls out into a double bed, perfect for a guest.

There are lots of shelves, storage nooks, and a closet to store personal items. When it’s time to rest, you’ll enjoy the pillowy queen size bed with 2 side tables. For entertainment there’s a smart TV mounted on the wall, helping the room feel open and spacious.

Your private bathroom has a vanity and tiled shower with a sliding glass door.

The kitchen is set up for foodies who love to cook. There’s a full size stove, oven, fridge and freezer, plus a microwave. Everything you need to make what you like best is at your fingertips: a blender, coffee maker, pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, spice rack, and all the good stuff! You’ll feel right at home, instantly. You’ll enjoy eating at your dining table, perfect for 2.

Lease Details:

We are on septic, which means nothing other than human waste can go down drains and toilets, and all products (body, laundry and cleaning) must be non-toxic and biodegradable, please.
