1 bedroom fully furnished with bonus solarium

1 bedroom fully furnished suite available end of October or later. Fridge, stove, tv, Roku, microwave, shower and bath tub, washer and drier. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The bedding is provided and towels too if you like. $1500 per month. Price is including hydro and fortis up to $150 each if bills go over (winter hydro usually does) then we split what’s over $150. We are looking for a single person or a couple as we are on septic and well. We hope to find people who are respectful and would treat this suite as their own. About us.. we are a family of 3 plus 2 kitties who live upstairs. Our child is pre teen and super chill. We enjoy tending to the yard and garden, enjoying the out doors and visiting with friends and family. We are in the huband park catchment but are very close to the Nides navigate school. 10 minutes to the base of Mt Washington, 8 minutes to town, 15 minutes to Saratoga, 20 min to Cumberland.
