Currently being painted, bathroom and kitchen renovated but will be ready by October 1st. Will be able to share photos by next week - the current ones are old. Each room has its own temperature control, in-floor heat in bathroom, gas fireplace. Washer and dryer in unit.
Very quiet neighborhood, looking for quiet tenants. Would be happy to consider well behaved dog, the back yard is all fenced in, so as long as my garden stays intact and you clean up after, we are happy to share until the front is getting fenced in. You can also set up your own veggie garden in the front yard.
2 minutes from beach with car, 2 minutes from center.
Not furnished.
One of us works from home so ideally we are looking for someone who doesn't.
Rent is $1800/month plus $150/month for utility that covers everything except cable and internet. Half month security deposit.
No smoking, no drugs, no subletting and no parties please.
