30 ft Motorhome on Acreage

I have a restored Motorhome to rent on a large property just outside Salmo.

The RV is completely restored inside,new hot water heater and shower, all lights are LED it runs on solar panel and I will loan a high-end generator to help.
I will also let the renter use my snowblower and any tools and equipment needed to live off grid.
there is a small shop with a wood stove that can be use (free firewood)

There is a large extension room on the side of the RV perfect for mud room (see pic)

There is also a large Shelter with metal roofing you can park or store things away from the rain and snow.

I lived there last year for over 12 Months its very nice and private, no traffic on the road lots of space to hike, bike.

( I presently have an injury and cannot finish building my cabin on that land so I live in an Appartement in Salmo until the surgery..)
I am also looking to sell 0.5 Acre of that property, THIS COULD ALSO BE A RENT TO OWN RV + Land.
