The suite: This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom garden suite is located right on the Haultain bike path, a 5 minute walk to Fernwood Village, 25 minute walk to downtown, and a 15-minute walk to Royal Jubilee Hospital.

The unit was fully renovated 3 years ago and offers:

You: Our new neighbour! We are looking for a respectful and quiet individual to care for the suite and respect the tenancy agreement.

We are open to short, medium or long term tenants. As mentioned above, the unit is partially furnished. Changes to furnishings can potentially be arranged if needed. No smoking or vaping on the property please. Cat considered - no dogs. Reference check, employment verification and credit/background check may be required.

Note: we are only able to rent the unit to one individual occupant.
