This bright space is co-located with my (completely separate) art studio. Sorry to say that allergies (my own and those we house) require no pets or smoking of any kind. A quiet lifestyle that fits well with the surrounding neighbours in this very peaceful location is important. A large granite walled patio area is set up with a café table and chairs for enjoying birdsong and the gentle sound of a fountain in the distance.

The area is remarkable for walkability and access to both a bike corridor and public transport just 1-3 blocks away. It's an engaged community with opportunities to feel a sense of belonging and security, even if your work / commitments mean being away at times.
