Life at the JANION, in the heart of the city is dynamic yet restful. With all of downtown at your doorstep, you will feel the urban vibes, yet as soon as you open the suite door, all that falls away and the oasis of calm, ordered living takes over.

Our suite is small, only 300 square feet, but well designed for living. Impressive views of the Upper Harbour, including the AquaBus Dock, Vic West and beyond. You are on the quite side of the building in this suite; no need for ear plugs as the city sounds are quieted by the location of the suite in relation to the building and the water.

The suite is mindfully decorated with wide-plank flooring, custom cabinetry including a built-in queen size murphy bed/dining table, premier appliances, high 10-foot ceilings and efficient use of space in the studio. The bathroom is genius in its layout, allowing for all the necessities in a minimal floor plate. With a brand-new BLOOM mattress on the bed, a good night’s sleep is almost guaranteed. Sliding glass door allows access to the Juliet balcony for excellent air flow.

Full in-suite laundry.
No on-site parking, although a pay lot is a short walk away.

We are pet friendly but due to the size of the suite, we would suggest that one small animal is all the suite can accommodate.

Suite is available immediate move-in or January 1st.
We will consider any lease 3 months or longer and would consider office usage of the suite.

We are looking for a tenant who is interested in the minimal life. Storage is at a premium, so the less you bring with you, the happier you will be.
