This fully equipped, furnished and spacious contemporary suite is on the lower level of our character home with a beautiful private garden area to enjoy. Located in a family neighbourhood in the Gorge area and walkable to downtown with close access to the Galloping Goose walking/cycling trail.

-The cook’s kitchen has full-size appliances (gas stove/refrigerator/microwave/dishwasher) with access to a lovely private back and side yard area with mature plants and seating. Fully stocked with dishes/bakeware/small wares/cutlery/pots and pans/serving dishes/kitchen tools/kitchen linens etc. - everything you need to make a simple meal or a gourmet meal for six.

-Bedroom has a queen size bed, a large closet with chest of drawers, and comes equipped with all the linens/bedding you need, and a full size opening window.

-Bathroom is roomy with a pedestal sink, large closed shelving for all your bathroom supplies, a glassed in shower, and plenty of towels. (No tub).

-Laundry/storage area equipped with a full size new stacking washer/dryer, ironing board/iron, vacuum, a small pantry area for extra supplies or for use as extra shelving, as well as a closet size space for additional storage.

-Living area is equipped with a 40" television with basic cable/Netflix/Crave and a comfy seating area

The home (a legal duplex) has a main floor suite above with very respectful, quiet, and friendly tenants. The garden areas and entrances are private for each unit. The suite has back door accessible to the private side garden and back garden, and a front door accessed by a patio at the front of the house. Both entrances are equipped with wireless entry. There is plenty of street parking available in front of the house.

All utilities included (hydro, gas, water, garbage, recycling) plus basic cable/Netflix/Crave and unlimited Telus fibre optic high speed wifi. Just bring your suitcase. This short term accommodation will suit a couple or an individual who enjoy art, cooking, outdoor space, privacy, and a walkable location in a very friendly neighbourhood.
