There is also a community shared laundry room, with daily availability from 07:00 to 23:00 hours and secured bicycle storage. One parking stall is included.

The unit has a hardwired smoke/fire detector. For your added safety, there are security cameras at the front entrance, in the lobby and all 3 elevators, as well, there are on site managers 24/7.

Must provide proof of tenant insurance and be a non-smoker. No pets are allowed per a strictly enforced building policy.
