The suite is in Sooke. monthly rent $1950 plus utilities.
I am looking for quiet responsible tenants, no parties. Reference checks needed which are employment checks, last landlord checks, criminal checks, etc. no smoking. Pets are ok but must behave well. Please tell me more about your situation and about yourself. how long you need to rent. Currently this suite is not accepting tenants who receiving the ministry of children and family development funding for safety reasons.
