One Bedroom Cedar Hill

I have available for rent a one bedroom suite in the Cedar Hill neighborhood. My home is located in a quiet family, residential area. The suite has a dedicated entrance, full height ceilings and views of Mount Tolmie from the living room, kitchen and bedroom. The suite was newly installed three years ago and included a new kitchen, bathroom, paint and flooring. There is on-site laundry and covered parking. I live upstairs on my own and so can offer a clean, bright quiet environment.

My home is quite close to the Cedar Hill golf course, which includes a perimeter walking trail. I enjoy this trail during good weather and it takes about one hour from my home to complete the circuit. Cedar Hill Rec Centre is about 15 minutes away by foot. Bus stops on Doncaster and Shelbourne Road are about a 10 minute walk away. I have walked to UVic and it takes me about 25 minutes; a bike ride to UVic is about 15 minutes.

The rent is $1850 per month which includes, parking, laundry, hot water, TV and internet. The only other cost is hydro which averages $55 a month (more in winter; less summer).
