The bedroom available is located within a house shared with other tenants. The available room is downstairs. The house is conveniently located, only a ~20 minute walk away from UVic, and a 5 minute walk to all amenities such as grocery stores, banks, and other services within University Heights and Tuscany Village, as well as multiple bus stops (routes: 12, 16, 24, 26, 27, 28, 39, 51). Both rooms come furnished. Bathroom, kitchen, laundry, etc are all shared with other tenants in the unit. Utilities (electricity, water, heat, Wifi) are NOT included, and shared with/split between all residents in the house.

Students are preferred.

Minimum 1 year lease is preferred.

Reference and credit check are preferred.

No smoking, no pets, and no parties.
