Restrictions:

• No pets
• No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, weed, or anything similar)

Utilities:

• Rent includes shared 1GB speed internet, garbage collection, and normal usage of water, gas, and electricity.
• If utility bills exceed the amount from the same month of the previous year, the tenant is expected to share 50% of the difference (extra payment besides the regular $1500 rent). This policy is in place to avoid waste of water and electricity and might not be executed if the excess is minimal.
